Plastik sparen - Initiative zur Vermeidung von Plastik im Alltag
Plastik sparen Die Geschichte einer Idee Die Idee für Plastik sparen ist im Juni 2018 entstanden. Wie schon so oft endete ein Wocheneinkauf im totalen Plastik-Inferno. Kennt ihr das? Einmal einkaufen beim Supermarkt um die Ecke und schon ist eine Mülltüte voll mit Plastik. Aber wie kann ich das ändern, fragte ich mich. Also informierte ich mich, war bei einem Vortrag zum Thema "plastikfrei leben" um dann mit dem Gefühl zurück zu bleiben, das nicht leisten zu können. Aber einfach weiter Plastik konsumieren war für mich auch keine Alternative. Es musste doch Möglichkeiten geben Plastik zu reduzieren, die Jedermann*frau ganz einfach in den Alltag einbauen kann. Und so war "Plastik sparen" geboren. Die Idee dahinter, durch viele kleine Plastik-spar-Aktivitäten den Plastikmüll in meinem Haushalt zu reduzieren. Und, ich kann sagen es funktioniert. Bei jedem Einkauf landet wesentlich weniger Plastikverpackung im Einkaufswagen als früher. Alles Aktivitäten, die keine (oder nur wenig) Zeit gekostet haben, die oftmals Geld gespart haben und die ich problemlos in den Alltag integrieren konnte. "Plastik sparen" ist unser Beitrag für eine Umwelt mit weniger Plastik. Meine Ideen, Gedanken und Erlebnisse möchte ich teilen und viele Menschen dafür begeistern, immer weniger Plastik in ihr Leben zu lassen.

La esperanza de llegar a casa

Las películas que el cineasta estadounidense Terrence Malick ha realizado hasta la fecha, desde Malas tierras (1973) a Vida oculta (2019), no son muchas, pero todas han dejado una huella singular en la historia del séptimo arte. ¿Cuál es esa singularidad que ha despertado en el público tanta admiración como rechazo? El cine de Malick expresa, mediante un lenguaje audiovisual muy característico, preocupaciones que atañen a todo ser humano tales como la búsqueda de la propia identidad, la distancia o cercanía con los otros y el hallazgo de un hogar. Tomando la última cuestión, el hogar, como punto de partida, este libro plantea un acercamiento a la filmografía del cineasta de enfoque amplio e interés humano, en el que destacan dos grandes referentes: la tradición bíblica y el pensamiento de Stanley Cavell, un filósofo tan cinematográfico como americano. Al final, se descubre que tanto los mundos y personajes creados por Malick como la vivencia en la que se sumerge el espectador confluyen en un mismo anhelo: la esperanza de llegar a casa.

On a February night in 1938, Gabriela Mistral was visiting writer Emilio Oribe in Uruguay when, suddenly, his little daughter burst into the room carrying a precious hidden treasure: a little fish. Esther, the girl's name, had found it by the rocks near her house, in Montevideo. The next day, inspired by what had happened, Gabriela gave Oribe this poem as a gift. Ten years later, "The Girl and The Little Fish" was published in the Chilean newspaper La Nación as an unpublished poem, which version has been recovered by Escrito con Tiza in an edition with beautiful illustrations by of the most awarded Chilean artists, Alberto Montt.

The story is told through the letters that the girl writes to her mother. Celia arrived in Santiago de Chile to live with her aunt and uncle, while her family remains in Colombia. She writes to her mother about her difficult experiences at school, where no one knows how to speak in sign language. However, thanks to the commitment of the director, she achieves important changes in the school, which is enriched by opening up to the world of deaf people and getting to know, through her, the culture of another country. The book has two attached resources, which help to bring deaf and hearing children closer together: a manual of the alphabet of the Chilean sign language included in the book, as well as a video that shows the pages in the sign language transcription and the reading version in off on the publisher’s website.
