Author Biography

Jorge Alderete. He studied Design in Visual Communication at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Universidad Nacional de la Plata. His work has been published in several specialized anthologies such as Illustration Now and Latin American Graphic Design (Taschen), among others. His work has been exposed in various galleries and museums in the world, such as the Museo Nacional de las Culturas, where he presented the exhibit Tike’a Rapa Nui, an extended research about the culture of Easter Island.

Mariana Enriquez was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her work is part of the group called "new Argentine narrative", Enríquez has achieved great success with her novels and stories within the horror genre. She was awarded in 2017 with the Premi Ciutat de Barcelona in the category «Literature in the Spanish language» for her book “Las cosas que perdimos en el fuego”. She won the Herralde Prize from Editorial Anagrama with his latest novel “Nuestra parte de noche” in 2019.
