Tourism Behaviour
Travellers' Decisions and Actions
by Roger StG March, Arch G Woodside
How do individuals go about making trade-off's among work, leisure, travel, and personal maintenance(e.g. sleeping) activities? What are the unconscious as well as conscious drivers of their behaviours? How well do their behaviours follow what they plan? These questions are fundamental in consumerbehaviour. This book provides fresh insights in responding to these issues. This book examines alternative theories and the empirical testing of trade-offs we make in life amongwork, leisure, travel, and personal maintenance actions and how our plans relate to what we actuallydo. Tourism Behaviour considers plans and behaviours for tourist spending, length of stay, attractions, destinations, accommodation and activities, and investigates how marketing strategies affect consumerplans. This book provides new theory, empirical studies, and practical insights of significant interest totravel and leisure researchers, destination marketing managers, and advanced students in tourism andconsumer behaviour.

Tourism Behaviour
Travellers' Decisions and Actions
by Edited by Roger StG March, Arch G Woodside
Consumers' planned behaviour is often very different to what is actually carried out. Consumer plans can relate to four behaviours: planned and done (deliberate strategies), planned and not done (unrealized strategies), unplanned and done (emergent strategies) and unplanned and not done (unused strategies). This book examines alternative theories and the empirical testing of how planning relates to doing. It considers tourist spending, length of stay, attractions, destinations, accommodation and activities and looks at how marketing strategies affect consumer plans.

Die verzauberte Stunde
by Meghan Cox Gurdon

Half of the Quilt(Picture Book Edition) is based on the movie Heart for Heart (produced by Xiaoxiang Film Group and directed by Meng Qi). In October 1934, the fifth anti-encirclement failed, the Central Red Army evacuated the Soviet Union and began the Long March. The Red Army field hospital was bombed by enemy planes and suffered heavy casualties. Dong Xiuyun, a female soldier who stayed at the field hospital to look after the wounded, decided to take the wounded with her and chase the troops.
