GEORGINA WOUDSTRA is the founder and principal of the Team Coaching Studio, an organisation dedicated to developing masterful team coaches around the globe. She is a regular speaker on the subject at coaching conferences and communities both in person and virtually. She coaches CEOs and senior teams across major corporations, writes a column called Talking Teams and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation as a Master Certified Coach.
