De los pies a la cabeza (From the head to toe)
Juega conmigo (Play with me)
by Pilar Posada, Juliana Salcedo
From the head to toe. Play with me explores the games with the body draw from the verses created and recreated by Pilar Posada. These verses are inspired in the Latin American oral tradition and only an author and expert of the oral tradition such as Pilar Posada can write these verses with the tone of those that have passed by word of mouth for several generations. She manages to integrate verses from her own oral tradition (creates from what has already been created) and offer the reader something totally new. The illustrations by Juliana Salcedo, great Colombian illustrator, based in Spain, accompany the texts with delicacy and wisdom also favoring the play among and between children, and between children and adults.

SELURUH ALAM DALAM SEBUTIR DEBU
by Saharil Hasrin Sanin
"Beauty exists in wounds, in the delicacy of neglected things. God is reflected throughout the universe, in a ray of sunlight, in a gentle breeze, in a speck of dirt, in a tiny flower. God does exist in the beauty of a rainbow, but He also exists in the droplets of water that form that rainbow. We can see the whole universe in a speck of dust. And within that ignored speck of fine dust on the floor, there is God." This manuscript contains 13 short stories by Saharil Hasrin Sanin, which have won various literary awards and prove that he remains a powerful storyteller. From the tale of a smooth-tongued vendor to the love story of hundreds of stones at the bottom of Al-Aqsa, this book will take us on a journey to explore the depths of emotions: happiness and wounds.

Memory is a double-edged sword that is both a blessing and a curse. In the halls of a hospital, echoes of human suffering and triumph ring loudest, imprinting indelible marks upon the minds of its workers. Some memories are sweet, a blissful balm to recall; others knives-sharp, wounding the soul. Death and life, pain and healing, laughter and tears - however we choose to remember them, they remain forever unforgettable. 20 cases, 20 writers. Regardless of whether we are healthcare workers or patients, our humanity ultimately remains the same. Just one more case - that unforgettable one.

Alle meine Freunde haben wen umgebracht
Stories
by Curtis Dawkins, Hannes Meyer

Literary visions of multicultural Ireland
The immigrant in contemporary Irish literature
by Pilar Villar-Argáiz
Now available in paperback, this pioneering collection of essays deals with the topic of how Irish literature responds to the presence of non-Irish immigrants in Celtic-Tiger and post-Celtic-Tiger Ireland. The book assembles an international group of 18 leading and prestigious academics in the field of Irish studies from both sides of the Atlantic, including Declan Kiberd, Anne Fogarty and Maureen T. Reddy, amongst others. Key areas of discussion are: what does it mean to be 'multicultural' and what are the implications of this condition for contemporary Irish writers? How has literature in Ireland responded to inward migration? Have Irish writers reflected in their work (either explicitly or implicitly) the existence of migrant communities in Ireland? If so, are elements of Irish traditional culture and community maintained or transformed? What is the social and political efficacy of these intercultural artistic visions?
