The book is a collection of essays about the transformation of America, which has turned from a united nation to one more divided than ever. Some pundits predict that, if things don’t change, another civil war could occur. Have we reached a point of no return? Hopefully, America is mature enough to learn from its mistakes and avoid further scars along its evolving history. "Trumplandia is a welcome addition toward understanding current events, Washington’s international policy, and the present American society; a society polarized and divided as it has not been since the Civil War.” NICHOLAS DIMA, Ph.D., Adjunct Professor and Research Associate, Nelson Institute, James Madison University, Virginia. "The book is fascinating. It provides background to, and insights into [the] current and past political history as well as offering a personal view... of the country and society. Presented in thematic form in chapters and sections, the insights offered provide a suggestive radiography...” Dr. DENNIS DELETANT, OBE, School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University, Washington DC. "There has been this backsliding in... what a truly functioning rule-of-law state is, that has proper separation of co-equal powers, which, if you don’t keep working on that, you backslide. And I am even worried about that here, in the United States right now, about backsliding.” OBIE MOORE, Esq., OLM Advisors LLC, Washington DC “Indeed, Trumplandia should be a welcome addition to any scholar, student or layman’s library, especially in its international edition. If anyone loses sleep over its challenging assertions, then it will have been well worth it.” ERNESTO MORALES HIZON, Ph.D. Candidate in American and Comparative Politics at Claremont Graduate University, Member, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ABOUT THE AUTHOR: TIBERIU DIANU has practiced law in Romania (as a corporate lawyer, judge, senior counselor at the Ministry of Justice, university professor and senior legal researcher), and in the United States (as a legal expert for the judiciary). May the Loveforce Be With introduces a new lineage in energy healing, Kali-Ki ReikiTM, that was revealed to the author, Joni Dittrich, Ph.D. (Rajashree Maa), in a series of mystical encounters with the Divine Mother appearing as the goddess Kali Maa. The book brilliantly tells the stories of these encounters and presents the healing symbols that She revealed, explaining how these symbols can be used both for mind-body healing and spiritual awakening, or what Rajashree Maa calls "wisening." While traditional reiki systems also use symbols to transmit healing energy, the symbols introduced in Kali-Ki Reiki are seen as unique, three-dimensional, active, intelligent forms of light that tap into certain universal energy frequencies that are particularly attuned to the evolving conscious awareness as well as the personal and societal dilemmas of our current times. The fact that these symbols were revealed by Divine Mother to a woman in this era points to a need in today's world to re-establish our connection with the feminine forces of nature and spirit. The healing energy transmitted through these symbols is called Loveforce, which is considered to be the manifesting, creative, and healing power of the Limitless Love that is the Source of all that is.

A grandfather and his granddaughter start a road trip to participate in a collector's contest. It is the time in Colombia when electricity rationing and miraculous fishing reign. With fantasy and humor, the grandfather defends his granddaughter from precariousness and abandonment. When the roles of care are reversed, the granddaughter must create new ways of sustaining the house, the body and the memory. Andrea Beaudoin constructs a two-part story to imagine with overwhelming prose the unconventional ways in which we build family. // “People, like the stars, have different forces of gravity. Ana thinks about whether hers will still be growing or will have reached its final size. Leo, over the years, has become magnetic. Around him things float and collapse like everyday meteorites. A limitless force grows in concentric circles, absorbing everything in its path”.

Billions of dollars have been spent and hundreds of reactors have been built, but not a watt of usable power has been produced by a controlled fusion device. Unlike fission systems, precise prediction of fusion system behavior by mathematical means has proven difficult. Still, the advantages of this ultimate source of limitless power are too great to abandon. As energy problems of the world grow, work toward fusion power continues at a greater pace than ever before. The topic of fusion is one that is often met with the most recognition and interest in the nuclear power arena. Written in clear and jargon-free prose, Fusion, Revised Edition explores the big bang of creation to the blackout death of worn-out stars. A brief history of fusion research, beginning with the first tentative theories in the early 20th century, is also discussed, as well as the race for fusion power. This updated, full-color resource examines the various programs currently being funded or planned as well as the reality of fusion power and the magnitude of the challenge for future scientists and engineers.
Intoxicating? Intoxicating drugs are as old as mankind itself. Whether herbal or produced synthetically in a laboratory, their variety is almost limitless. And every year, more substances are added to the list. Niels Eckstein, who is a Professor of Drug Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacology and a long-standing expert in the narcotics scene, explores the abysses of the darknet and dealer hell, provides insider information, conducts interviews with dealers and producers, and offers profound insights into the bizarre, parallel world of intoxicating substances. At the same time, the author takes a thorough look at the chemistry of the different substance classes and the neurobiological basis of addiction. He also covers production and assesses the danger and addiction potential of designer drugs, BTM, NPS, medicinal drugs and doping substances. This book outlines the political and sociopolitical dimensions of the use of psychoactive substances, classifies them legally, describes risks, approaches, and help strategies, highlights routes out of drug problems and alternatives to drug prohibition, and comments on the opioid crisis in the United States and the „war on drugs.“ “I don‘t care how it‘s regulated: if he wants it and can pay for it, he gets it. If I get caught, I‘ll go to jail for a few years, whether it‘s for a kilo of coke, meph or testo, it doesn‘t matter.“ – In an interview with a dealer
Army psychologist Hadassa Ashdot has written a moving novel about the healing power of love and desire, about blind hatred and killing that destroy all good, about the longing for limitless freedom as opposed to cultural and social restrictions and taboos, and about deep loss giving way to light and hope. The story revolves around three Israeli fighters: Nadav, a medic and disillusioned Kibbutz member, and his friends David, enlisted man and one of Israel's “socially disadvantaged”, and Osama, the unit commander who comes from a small Druze village and is a member of this unique minority that serves in the Israeli army. The three are hiding in a cypress forest in Lebanon, where Osama is critically wounded, waiting for an army helicopter to come and rescue them. During their four days of desperate anticipation, the forest where they have taken refuge becomes a fateful and symbolic death trap in which their lives and fates are intertwined. By the time the helicopter arrives, two of the men lay dead, and Nadav, the protagonist, experiences first-hand the trauma of losing friends to war. Shaken by his friends' deaths and the horrific war experience that has turned his world upside down, Nadav leaves Marianne, the girl he loves, and sets out on a trek of self-purification in the Himalayas. But no salvation awaits him there. After being buried in a snow avalanche, from which he was rescued bruised and broken, he sinks into darkness and depression, enduring years of living death in an abyss of despair. Love, ultimately, proves to be the light at the end of the tunnel through which Nadav makes his way back to life - love, the only force capable of healing the deep wound that the war bestowed upon him. Marianne, a Finnish volunteer at the kibbutz, is the woman Nadav loved and left; but she nevertheless accompanies him through the Himalayan snows to which he escapes in an attempt to free himself of the pain and guilt of his friends' deaths. Nadav rediscovers Marianne in the calm affection of middle age, in the snows of Finland, and she is the balm that finally helps soothe the wounds of war. About the author, Hadassa Ashdot, see Borrowed Identity.
This novel, with boundless imagination, takes us back to the age of remote antiquity and presents a collage of dazzling and fascinating scenes – nine ways of crying mastered for survival, a funeral held for oneself before sending winter clothes to her lover, scaring away urchins by acting as a witch, being paraded through the streets as an assassin, and frogs all going to the Great Wall … The tenacity and loyalty of Bi Nu time and again rises above conspiracies and evils of the human world. In the turbulent days of oppression by the powerful, this girl from the bottom of the society creates a legend with her passion of love and kindness.
This is a collection of poems. It is divided into five series: the first series, the green waves; the second series, Xiaoxiang love; the third series, the boundless reading; the fourth series, poems written between heaven and earth; the fifth series, a strong flavor of the year. The whole book is about 180,000 words. This is a literati poem. The author has a solid knowledge of ancient Chinese poetry. In his own writing, he can always capture the footprints of ancient Sao people, and embed their love of mountains and rivers, love of nature, and naturally in the works. To enhance the thickness and strength of the work. The trouble is that if there is no certain ancient cultural foundation, it is difficult for readers to understand these works, and they are a little out of pocket.
