Readers love series. Historical fiction fans especially love sagas that stretch across time.

The books within the Bregdan Chronicles have all been released as Best Sellers on Amazon, and currently have close to 8000 four and five star reviews.

Right now, there are fourteen books in this series, but many more are coming. I am committed to releasing at least two books a year.

There will be at least twenty titles in the Bregdan Chronicles. When I have covered the time period from 1860 – 1878, the series will pick up again in 1915 – with the series title, The Bregdan Saga – that will continue with 10+ books through the mid 1920’s with descendants of the Bregdan characters.

It will continue again in the 1950’s through the series title, The Bregdan Sequel.

My readers are incredibly loyal. I have over 100,000 in my social media accounts, and close to 20,000 on my email list that I communicate with on a bi-weekly basis.

Review: I always love this book series. I can never just read it because Google calls me to get more information on each of the brilliantly researched historic events. But, like Abby, I have been looking for more in my retirement. My family comes first always but as the two eldest of my beloved grandsons approach college graduation I feel the stirrings to do more than quilt, and read, care for the younger grands, and help out middle grandson approach his non verbal world....something bigger than I. So I'll be joining these brave women, and I include the author in that group, to try to ponder what that may be.

As always this is a delightful, informative, moving continuation of the saga.....eagerly awaiting the next installment. ~ Paula

Review: Again I find myself waiting for the next book in this wonderful series. I find it amazing that some of the things that are happening in our country NOW happened years ago. Politicians are continuing to manipulate the American people. They continue to take advantage of the the American people who do not possess a formal education, and those that are, with two people working, just making ends meet. The poor, the homeless, America’s war veterans and so many more. They continue to use these people to achieve their objective, which is to CONTROL. Will this end, I ask myself this question as I read the pages of this book. The fear, that Rose and Mosses feel is felt in so many of our communities. It s amazing that women like Janie, and Carrie have to fight to become doctors in the still male oriented world. It’s shameful that women still in 2019 do not receive not only the same pay, but the chance for advancement that men seem to be entitled to. I hope my granddaughter does not have to face this, but it seems that until more people learn the Bregdan Principle I fear things will never change. As usual as soon as I received it on my Kindle, I began reading and could not put it down until I finished.

Review: Ginny, thank you. You are writing a series I don't think exists except for you. I fell in love with learning the truths about slavery and the civil war through historical novels.

Of all the series and books I've read, this is the only series I know of that continues beyond the end of the war and into the real issues of reconstruction. I don't believe enough attention is given to this pivotal point in our history. The political corruption that took place during this time created the Jim Crow era and another civil war that silently raged for a continued 100 years. Still to this day African Americans suffer from repercussions of this sorry history.

The main characters in this story represent what we could be if we chose to be better human beings. I will choose to remember grace and compassion.

Author Biography

Ginny would love to get to know every single person who reads her books. Since that isn't possible she can at least let you get to know her a little.

Born in North Carolina, she is a wanderer at heart. She has lived all over the United States, exploring every state and having wonderful adventures along the way.

She has managed horse ranches in Texas and Oregon; worked with teenagers all over the country (she loves them!), and has hiked, biked, rafted and played in every locale she could.

She loves all the beaches, deserts, woods, and mountains she has traveled through but when she discovered Washington, she discovered home. Her heart is at home there with the snow covered mountains; the glistening waters of the Pacific; the eagles and Orca whales; the towering fir trees surrounding her home; and the miles of trails on her own Magic Mountain.

Everywhere she looks inspires her to be all she can be - to follow and achieve all the dreams of her heart! She has managed to write and publish 50 books along the way. She enjoys writing many different genres but admits Historical Fiction is her favorite.

She is quite sure she will never live long enough to write all her heart and mind holds, but she certainly intends to try!
