The title was first published in 2013 by Thienemann (Stuttgart). In March 2021, on the occasion of the 1600th anniversary of the city of Venice, a new edition of the out-of-print title will be published by our publishing house.

Author Biography

Gunnar Kunz, born in 1961, worked for many years as assistant director and director at theatres in Braunschweig, Schwedt/Oder, Hamburg and Berlin. Since 1997 he has been a freelance author for books, stage and radio plays. So far, he has published over 30 plays, mainly for children (Whale Songs Communications, Hamburg / Deutscher Theaterverlag, Weinheim) and two radio play CDs for children (2000 and 2002, Tunesday Records, Berlin). His great passion is the fairy tales and myths of the world.
