Readers love series. Historical fiction fans especially love sagas that stretch across time.

The books within the Bregdan Chronicles have all been released as Best Sellers on Amazon, and currently have close to 8000 four and five star reviews.

Right now, there are fourteen books in this series, but many more are coming. I am committed to releasing at least two books a year.

There will be at least twenty titles in the Bregdan Chronicles. When I have covered the time period from 1860 – 1878, the series will pick up again in 1915 – with the series title, The Bregdan Saga – that will continue with 10+ books through the mid 1920’s with descendants of the Bregdan characters.

It will continue again in the 1950’s through the series title, The Bregdan Sequel.

My readers are incredibly loyal. I have over 100,000 in my social media accounts, and close to 20,000 on my email list that I communicate with on a bi-weekly basis.

When Ginny sent the email that ALWAYS FORWARD was available for purchase I immediately downloaded #9. I originally began with Book #1 and have grown attached to each character as I have read the series in order. I was impatient for this newest book to be published. I stopped everything in my life that could be stopped and began reading immediately and into early hours of the morning. When I read Bregdan Chronicles, I always feel as though I am a valued part of Carrie, Robert, Abby, Thomas, Rose, Moses, Annie, and so many others lives. I feel I am a part of their unique family. I enjoy laughing and crying with them. I rejoice in their joys and mourn with their sorrows. I worry with them regarding their concerns and fears. It is hard for me to accept that they are fictional characters because Ginny writes in such a way that I feel each person is real. Since I began the series a while ago, when old characters returned to Cromwell Plantation, I struggled with remembering their place in the story. I appreciate the way that Ginny quickly incorporates clues and memories in the discussions to help me remember them from the past. Just like at a family reunion, I am reminded about the person and how they fit into my memory of them.

While readying ALWAYS FORWARD I felt like I was at a family reunion - where we get to share our joys, sorrows, pain, despair, acceptance, and above all LOVE with one another. Since my personal life is presenting similar struggles as those in ALWAYS FORWARD, I found the remarkable wisdom which Ginny weaves throughout all the Bregdan Chronicles series to be emotionally healing. I've made a note to myself to definitely read this book again when my time to mourn arrives to show me the way to emotionally heal. I gained much hope that I, too, can heal and always move forward in my life. As for my life today, I so much needed the wisdom that "...life will always be full of ups and downs, suffering and joy... it is so important to embrace the joy fully, pulling it into every part of your being, because you will need it there when the next hard times start. You'll need the joy to balance the grief, and to remind you that the sunrise always follows the darkness."

While I wait for Book #10 (Walking Into the Unknown), I've decided to read Bregdan Chronicles again, beginning with Book #1 and make a journal of the powerful insights and wisdom that Ginny shares throughout the series. I would love to know more about Ginny and how she has gained her incredible wisdom. (I picture Ginny to be a lot like Abby.) Hopefully, one day when my life is more settled, I can make a journey to the east coast to attend one of Ginny's reader dinners. Oh, how joyful that experience will be for me!

Author Biography

Ginny would love to get to know every single person who reads her books. Since that isn't possible she can at least let you get to know her a little.

Born in North Carolina, she is a wanderer at heart. She has lived all over the United States, exploring every state and having wonderful adventures along the way.

She has managed horse ranches in Texas and Oregon; worked with teenagers all over the country (she loves them!), and has hiked, biked, rafted and played in every locale she could.

She loves all the beaches, deserts, woods, and mountains she has traveled through but when she discovered Washington, she discovered home. Her heart is at home there with the snow covered mountains; the glistening waters of the Pacific; the eagles and Orca whales; the towering fir trees surrounding her home; and the miles of trails on her own Magic Mountain.

Everywhere she looks inspires her to be all she can be - to follow and achieve all the dreams of her heart! She has managed to write and publish 50 books along the way. She enjoys writing many different genres but admits Historical Fiction is her favorite.

She is quite sure she will never live long enough to write all her heart and mind holds, but she certainly intends to try!
