Editorial Albatros was founded in 1950 and since then, it has proven its track record bearing the hallmarks of a solid family company with international presence.The work team includes editors, special series managers, consultants on juvenile content and professionals of the publishing industry. The company specializes in "niche publications", i.e., the development of books with special emphasis in particular subjects and the production of clear contents and practical proposals in close proximity to the reader. The main objective is to build bridges between the book and the reader and this is achieved with strategic commercial presence. Great Milestones in an Intense History The First Series (the 70's): On pets. The Homeopathy Series (1980): Launch of the complete academic series which went far beyond the Argentine border and was also sold translated into other languages. The Green Catalogue, Los que se van ("The Leaving Ones"). The Red Book on Argentine Nature (1994): Juan Carlos Chebez, together with the illustrator Aldo Chiape, created this work on species in danger of becoming extinct. First Appearance of the Series for Children titled Tus maravillas ("Your Wonders") (1995): The beginning of a new series of books created for funny, practical and interactive learning. Books on Arts and Crafts, Gastronomy, Home and Welfare (1995-2007): Keeping up with the practical specialized contents, Albatros went on publishing books mainly intended to the active and modern woman.

Editorial de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba
La editorial de la UNC fue concebida como un emprendimiento de promoción en la difusión de obras científicas, artísticas y literarias de profesores e investigadores de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina); cuyas contribuciones a la construcción del conocimiento y discusiones intelectuales de ideas, sigue vigente en la actualidad. Está estructurado en nueve colecciones que abarcan diferentes temáticas y áreas de conocimiento: Reforma, Sociedad, Estado, Política, Formas, Divulgación, Ciencia, Institucional, Ensayo. La selección de los títulos presentados para publicación, es ejecutada por profesores e investigadores de la UNC y otras universidades. El programa editorial también incluye coediciones de obras de interés para la comunidad académica y la sociedad en general. La casa de edición de la Universidad Nacional de Córdoba se estableció en 2007 y su objetivo es ser un respaldo para la comunidad universitaria, un registro de trabajos académicos recientes y una memoria del campo intelectual. Plastik sparen - Initiative zur Vermeidung von Plastik im Alltag
Plastik sparen Die Geschichte einer Idee Die Idee für Plastik sparen ist im Juni 2018 entstanden. Wie schon so oft endete ein Wocheneinkauf im totalen Plastik-Inferno. Kennt ihr das? Einmal einkaufen beim Supermarkt um die Ecke und schon ist eine Mülltüte voll mit Plastik. Aber wie kann ich das ändern, fragte ich mich. Also informierte ich mich, war bei einem Vortrag zum Thema "plastikfrei leben" um dann mit dem Gefühl zurück zu bleiben, das nicht leisten zu können. Aber einfach weiter Plastik konsumieren war für mich auch keine Alternative. Es musste doch Möglichkeiten geben Plastik zu reduzieren, die Jedermann*frau ganz einfach in den Alltag einbauen kann. Und so war "Plastik sparen" geboren. Die Idee dahinter, durch viele kleine Plastik-spar-Aktivitäten den Plastikmüll in meinem Haushalt zu reduzieren. Und, ich kann sagen es funktioniert. Bei jedem Einkauf landet wesentlich weniger Plastikverpackung im Einkaufswagen als früher. Alles Aktivitäten, die keine (oder nur wenig) Zeit gekostet haben, die oftmals Geld gespart haben und die ich problemlos in den Alltag integrieren konnte. "Plastik sparen" ist unser Beitrag für eine Umwelt mit weniger Plastik. Meine Ideen, Gedanken und Erlebnisse möchte ich teilen und viele Menschen dafür begeistern, immer weniger Plastik in ihr Leben zu lassen.

The National University of Quilmes is an Argentinian public university that was founded in 1988. The editorial policy is considered one of the key axes for the university projection and integration with the educational environment. Therefore, it is a vital tool for increasing social visibility and for disseminating works that provide a true contribution to the knowledge and cultural heritage of Argentina and the world. The Institutional Editorial Program consists of the Publishing House, the publishing units of the Social Sciences, Administration and Economics Departments and of the Virtual University of Quilmes. The catalogue has a mainly academic profile with living collections and periodicals that contribute to social and scientific debates. Thus, it facilitates the dissemination of knowledge and of the outcomes of the university scientific research and of other national and foreign spheres.
