        The first illustration book teaching children from different ages how to distinguish different species! Starting from 2016, WuoWuo has produced a series of articles on comparing the similar animals, receiving enthusiastic responses from the internet; there are also endless education workers hoping to get the authorized copies as teaching materials. In the three years of production, WuoWuo has redrawn all the images, dividing them into three books based on the subject of land, ocean and air, collecting all the animals that are commonly confused together. The books include elaborate and detailed knowledge of popular science, analyzing the animal habits and habitats, food, lifestyle, the distribution of species, and encompassing the interesting information, etc. Within a few pages in these series, the author manages to clarify the animals there are often confused in one go! This series of collection are not only reviewed and examined by several biologist and professionals, but also beautifully handcrafted made. The activities allowing readers to poke holes on the book to compare the biological characteristics, the premium paper stock used, all contributing to this series being great for children’s read on the popular science, and also makes it a valuable collection.

However, all of these measures seem useless to fix LeLe’s little lantern. What should LeLe do? Lele’s Little Lantern is about a warm journey of searching and finding oneself. Human beings often rely on pursuing external things to prove self-worth without realizing oneself is a unique existence. The illustrator, Yan Ming-Yi, implies pursuit of glowing as the pursuit of oneself.   Through the illustrations that are full of warmth, vividly captures the journey of repairing the lantern, which at the same time is also a journey of healing oneself.

        Mommy is a Cloud

        It’s rainy days. The little frog feels particularly alone. In such days, he used to race with his dad and mom to the top of the hill, waiting for the rain to fall. Mother is always the one wins the game. Now the little frog’s mother is gone. Neither his Dad nor the little frog want to go to the empty hill. Today, the teacher asked everyone to write a sentence: “My mom is like…” It is an easy sentence that everyone finish it soon. Only the little frog thinks the sentence over and over, feels that he almost forget what his mother looks like. He visits the hill again with hope to think of a word that suits his mother.
