It’s rainy days. The little frog feels particularly alone. In such days, he used to race with his dad and mom to the top of the hill, waiting for the rain to fall. Mother is always the one wins the game. Now the little frog’s mother is gone. Neither his Dad nor the little frog want to go to the empty hill. Today, the teacher asked everyone to write a sentence: “My mom is like…” It is an easy sentence that everyone finish it soon. Only the little frog thinks the sentence over and over, feels that he almost forget what his mother looks like. He visits the hill again with hope to think of a word that suits his mother.

Author Biography
海狗房東(Chi-Hung Wu), has translated 34 picture books to Taiwan, such as The Blue Whale by Jenni Desmond, The Museum of Me by Emma Lewis, and many. He is also a children’s book reviewer. He published a book of introducing picture books to parents and he is the author of three picture books , Blossoms of Kshitigarbha, Peace, Will You Play with Me?, and Mommy is a Cloud. His works are often selected into Taiwan Pavilion for promoting oversea.
林⼩杯(Bei Lynn) enjoys exploring the creative realm with images and words. Her picture books present a delightful fusion of fantasy and reality. She relishes in uncovering the magic hidden amongst ordinary things, such as the blossoming of a flower or a hatchling breaking out of an egg.
Among Bei Lynn’s most notable publications are To Be A Fish, FeiFei and Curly, and Kata Kata Kata. Her works have been recognized by various awards and honors, including Hsin-Yi Children Literature Award, China Times Best Children’s Book of the Year, Taipei Public Library Best Children’s Book, and the Best Chinese Children’s Picture Book of Feng Zikai Chinese Children’s Book Award.
