        “Método de Tango” is the first fundamental book series that teaches how to play tango music, published in English and Spanish since 2014 by Tango Sin Fin in Buenos Aires. This book series is the only collection which provides any musician, arranger, composer or ethnomusicologist from around the world a methodological and pedagogical approach to tango language, using academic terms, exercises and musical studies. Each volume is focused on one instrument: violin, bass, bandoneon, piano, flute and guitar. So far, the collection has only been published in Argentina and worldwide rights belong to Tango Sin Fin.

In this memoir, Sinfai bared her soul to us about overcoming her Borderline Personality Disorder (BDP) and Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and how did it feel like when you have one. She also detailed her up-and-down journey from a child from a broken family to many years of and healing herself. Her book reveals her struggle to cope with life and relationships like other people but in an extreme way. It almost costed her life…twice. Borderline Personality Disorder is a mental health disorder which affects how the patients think and feel about them and others. It causes difficulty in managing emotions and relationships.  The symptoms of BPD may range from mild to extreme, including having intense negative emotions to self-harm. It usually emerges in adolescence and continues to adulthood. The causes of BPD can be various. BPD may be the result from a combination of biological, genetic, and environmental factors. For example, it can develop from the emotional, physical or sexual abuse during childhood.
