Während Prissy mit ihren Freundinnen im Camchat abhängt und per ID-Armband auf Shopping-Tour geht, rebelliert Holden gegen die starren Regeln der Gesellschaft. Heimlich streift er durch abgesperrte Naturreservate und schmuggelt von dort verbotene Gegenstände in die Stadt - bis er ins Visier der Ordnungskräfte gerät. Sie wissen alles über seine Streifzüge und sperren ihn als Straftäter ins berüchtigte Cliffton Institut. Als Holden abgeführt wird, gerät Prissys heile Welt ins Wanken. Da taucht plötzlich der undurchschaubare Hacker Mo auf und bietet ihr seine Hilfe an. Im Gegenzug soll Prissy bei einem riskanten Daten-Coup mitmachen, der ganz Paradise in Trümmer legen könnte. Während Prissy sich immer tiefer in die illegalen Machenschaften hineinziehen lässt, erkennt Holden im Institut, dass die Regierung von Paradise ein falsches Spiel mit ihnen allen spielt - und dass Prissy und er keineswegs zufällig zwischen die Fronten geraten sind. Data Leaks - Wer macht die Wahrheit? ist der Auftakt eines atemlos spannenden Zweiteilers. Das Finale Wer kennt deine Gedanken? erscheint im Frühjahr 2021

Ever since the United States began producing and testing nuclear weapons during World War II, the effects of ionizing radiation on human health and the environment have been a serious public concern. The Worker and Public Health Activities Program was established more than 20 years ago to study the consequences of exposure to ionizing radiation and other hazardous materials from Department of Energy operations to workers and members of the surrounding communities. In 2005, the National Academies convened an expert committee to conduct a review of the Worker and Public Health Activities Program, which is operated by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) at Department of Energy (DOE) nuclear facilities under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DOE. Review of the Worker and Public Health Activities Program Administered by the Department of Energy and the Department of Health and Human Services concludes that the program has used sound research methods and generally has enhanced public understanding of the risks involved. However, the report recommends that more two-way communication between the agencies and workers and members of the public is needed. The report also explores the ways in which the agencies involved could develop a more coordinated, effective, and thorough evaluation of the public health concerns involved in cleanup and remediation activities at Department of Energy sites.

For so many around the world, it was in the cinema that they saw their first glimpse of martial arts. Through the films of Lau Kar Leung, among others, they came to appreciate the power and skill of many kung fu techniques. However devotees and practitioners of kung fu and Hung Kuen were aware of the much longer tradition of these arts and in particular, the contribution of both the Lam family and the Lau family.In 2009 the Hong Kong Government endeavoured to identify and recognize forms of intangible cultural heritage. It was this awareness of a vibrant part of Hong Kong history and culture which led to the creation of the Hong Kong Martial Arts Living Archive, and from this the exhibition, Lingnan Hung Kuen Across the Century: Kung Fu Narratives in Hong Kong Cinema and Community. In the exhibition and this companion book, the histories of the Lam and Lau families are traced, and their role in preserving and creating new stances and forms and bringing Hung Kuen to a wider audience through the medium of film. Using the latest technologies including 3D imagery, the work of past masters has been here brought back to life.
