The brain is the most important organ in our body, controls its processes through systemic forms of functioning; this indicates that there are various tools that can favor it in an appropriate way, to generate better performance. This booklet will present both theoretical and as practical complementary tools, in where you will learn physical exercises that are intended use body-kinetic elements to do more efficient cognitive procedures. In another section you can learn related exercises with the sense of sight, where you will practice forms of rest vision, as well as elements that will allow you use this sense efficiently.
