Dong Minority boasts abundant folk festivals that needs intellectual property protection. To conduct such measure is the tendency of protection of intangible cultural heritage, and also the necessary operation technique.
侗族因为其特殊的历史成因形成了大量的民间节会，具备丰富的节会文化资源。因此，对节会资源进行产权保护，既是非物质文化遗产保护的一个发展趋势，也是一种必要的操作技术。本书稿从侗族民间节会的分布特征、文化价值、传承保护与开发利用中存在的问题引申出侗族民间节会知识产权保护制度的构建，引导行政力量和民间社会对侗族民间节会合理运用、保护开发。该书稿被列为2010年国家社科基金项目“侗族民间节会知识产权的保护与对策研究”。
