Up and Down
by Johanna Selge
Description
The graphic novel uses expressive, humorous
images to make the topics of
mental health, depression and anxiety
disorders in children and young people
understandable. The first part of the
novel tells the story of 16-year-old
Noah.
The second part provides information
to better understand mental
processes and strategies to deal with
challenges in a self-effective way. With
its preventative programme, “Up and
Down” aims to strengthen the resilience
