Author Biography

Olena Braichenko, the Publishing Project Coordinator, concept co-developer, and co-author of text. Candidate of Historical Sciences, researcher, and founder of їzhakultura, an educational research project and їzhak Publishing. Author of “The Ukrainian Banqueting Culture” (Vivat Publishing, 2016) and host of the radio programme about gastronomic culture on Radio Culture. Maryna Hrymych, Doctor of Historical Sciences, writer, and cultural manager. Ihor Lylo, Doctor of Historical Sciences, assistant professor at the Ivan Franko L’viv National University. Researcher of food history, author of the “L’viv Cuisine”— popular series, co-founder of the Galician Cuisine Club NGO. Vitaly Reznichenko, PhD in History. Reznichenko specialises in cultural diplomacy and diplomacy; he has authored a number of textbooks and aids on diplomacy, business protocol and ethics.
