Author Biography

Dai Yun, a famous picture book author.

Guituzi, a picture book painter. Her real name is Liu Jing, a member of China Artists Association, now lives in Nanjing. She has co-created and published many picture books with writers such as "The Snowman", "Meet the Sheep", "When My Daughter Turns Four, We Start Talking Philosophy", "The Blue Horse and the Eagle", "The Big Boat", and "The Story of the Horse Head Harp". It has won the 2014 Laureate Children's Book, 2015 China's Most Beautiful Picture Book, and the 2018 Bingxin Children's Book Award; it was selected for the "13th National Art Exhibition" organized by the China Artists Association, and won the gold medal of the 2019 BIBF Pineapple Circle Children's International Illustration Exhibition, the gold medal of the 2019 CCBF Golden Pinwheel International Illustration Exhibition, and the 2019 Silver Award of Little Cool Hat International Illustration Competition, Silver Award of the 7th National Illustration Biennale, Best Work Award of HILL ILLUSTRATION 2019, Shortlist of WIA2020 World Illustration Competition, 6th Alice Prize for Illustrated Books, etc.
