The "Pathfinder" series tells us about the hidden and obvious enemies of African tribes and the struggle of brave and courageous people who try to change the fate of a large continent. At the same time, these books will introduce the reader to the ancient culture, beliefs, and legends of various African tribes; the mysterious connection between man and nature; and will bring clarity to important questions related to the philosophy of life, creation, and psychology of man and society.

The first book in the series, Not Your Prey, tells the story of the pygmies, one of the most oppressed tribes in Africa. These people, who were hunted and eaten like animals by other tribes, were later subjected to all kinds of aggression by the natives as well as by the white invaders. Pygmies, the shortest people in the world, were kept in cages as living exhibits in European and American zoos at the beginning of the 20th century under the name of "evolved human".

The most important question facing fist-sized humans to change their destiny is perhaps one we've never considered: Is there a way to prove you're human?
