Author Biography
Altair Martins was born in Porto Alegre, southern Brazil, in 1975. He published eight books and won the 2009 São Paulo Literary Award, 2009 and 2012 Açorianos Award, 2009 and 2015 AGES Award, along with four nominations for the Jabuti Award. He has a PhD in Literary Theory, teaching creative writing at PUCRS.
