Author Biography
Ezgi Berk was born as a child of a middle class family in Istanbul. She had a happy childhood in nursery schools full of playgrounds and greenery. She grew up in a concrete garden of her primary school building. She was luckily allowed to play during secondary school but in high school funny break times were replaced with university exam tension and multiple-choice questions. She studied her dream field History at university. Then one day, when she was about to be an adult who forgot how to play and watch the sky, she re-discovered children's books in a bookstore. Now, she is so busy with them. She also gives lectures and workshops in libraries or schools. Ezgi reads children's books a lot and she never stops watching the sky every night and believing in dragons. Her biggest fear is to wake up as an adult one morning.
