Author Biography

Sinval Medina was born in Porto Alegre, Brazil, in 1943 and he is a writer, journalist and former professor. He published his first book in 1969 with Dictionary of the History of Civilization and his on novel fiction was in 1980. He wrote more than 20 books and represented his country in Frankfurt Book Fair in 1986 along with nineteen other writers. With Treaty of the Stars he was awarded with Passo Fundo Zaffari & Bourbon award. Writing has been his only job since 1997, and Nobody’s Land Knight is his first work published abroad in Portugal. He lives in São Paulo with his wife since 1971.
