The Crow and the Sparrow is according to the folktales of Bangladesh. Once upon a time, a sparrow and a crow were looking for food, and the crow tried to play a trick to eat the sparrow. The sparrow saw the malice of the crow, and it calmly came up with a solution. The cruel and cunning crow was burned to black, and the honest sparrow lived happily.

Author Biography
Fang Suzhen is a seasoned children's author from China Taiwan, engaging in creating children's poetry, fairy tales and picture books. Through her many years of promoting reading in Singapore, Malaysia and other places, she has become affectionately known, to young and old readers alike, as "Miss Rumphius, the woman who sows the seeds of reading". Paola De Gaudio was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1969. Paola is a children's book illustrator. She likes working mainly in traditional media, in contact with materials, experimenting and discovering the best way to narrate each story through her illustrations. Then she digitalizes and gives the final details with the computer. Paola is often invited to schools to talk to children and teachers and share her works with them.
