Before readers have their hands on this book, it has gone through a long journey. From selecting the best manuscripts from the writers to finding the right illustrators. The writers and illustrators then had to participate in workshops with international standards for a few days. Other process included field testing, wherein we tested advanced reader copies before properly printing the finished copies to students at a number of elementary schools.

Author Biography
Andina Subarja is an architecture graduate. She once worked at an animation studio as well as becoming a freelance illustrator and graphic designer. Andina is now actively working in the children’s books field. Her previous work with Room to Read is Sirama-rama. Sloth’s Surprise is the first book that she both writes and illustrates by herself.
