Description
God created men and women with strengths and limitations according to their respective roles. In marriage, the differences between husband and wife will make both of them feel the need for each other and complement each other. However, these differences can also cause conflicts. Apart from differences in physical and psychological terms, there are also differences based on life experiences, parenting, education, culture, and religious behavior which of course become a challenge in domestic life.
This book discusses conflicts that may occur in the household, differences between men and women based on psychology, as well as ways of dealing with conflicts. As a marriage consultant, the author also tells various stories or cases about marriage conflicts experienced by clients so that readers can be better to understand the context and take lessons.

Author Biography
Muhammad Iqbal, Ph.D. completed his undergraduate education (Bachelor of Psychology) from the Faculty of Psychology of the State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta in 2003. Then, continued his Master's Program in Professional Counseling Psychology, and Doctor of Psychology from the School of Psychology and Human Development, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).
He is an alumnus of the ILO Labor Migration Academy, the ILO Training Center Turin, Italy, the Asian Graduate Students Fellowship National University of Singapore (NUS), and passed the Indonesian Lemhannas Regular Education Program (PPRA-54) in 2016. In 2017, he was elected to one of the outstanding lecturers from Kopertis Region III of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education in 2017.
Currently, he serves as Head of the Faculty of Psychology at Mercubuana University Jakarta (2017-2021), Chair of the Jakarta Islamic Psychology Association (API), Board of Trustees of the Indonesian Human Resource Practitioners Association (ASPHRI), Expert Council of the Indonesian Lecturer Association, CEO & founder of Rumah Counseling who is engaged in psychological consultancy, counselor, HR and family training, and is active as a resource for psychology and family seminars. Iqbal is active as a marriage and family counselor and has a family psychology rubric in Ummi magazine and a consultation rubric in the online media.
