POURQUOI LES RICHES SONT-ILS DE PLUS EN PLUS RICHES ET LES PAUVRES DE PLUS EN PAUVRES?
by MONIQUE PINÇON-CHARLOT & MICHEL CHARLOT
Description
ESSAY
An exceptional and very well illustrated essay to refine critical thinking and inspire change, which answers with humour and precision to the sociological question: what are the roots of the growing economic and social inequalities?
Monique Pinçon-Charlot and Michel Pinçon have mastered the art of analyzing inequalities. This unveiling operation will allow young (and not so young) readers to move beyond the stage of feeling to an understanding of social determinisms.
20 questions to describe a complex social reality are sketched here with finesse and humour by the illustrator Étienne Lécroart.
