Sigrid Schimetzky is best known for her blog "Madam Rote Rübe". Every month, well over 100,000 visitors go there for inspiration on cooking and baking. The trained home economist was active as a specialist for healthy nutrition at schools and in adult education. She does not approach the topic of "eating meatless" dogmatically; Madam Rote Rübe wants to win over everyone who simply wants to try out new dishes without meat. She has already published two books on the topics of "Autumnal Cuisine" and "Cooking with Goat Cheese".
