Author Biography

About the Author:Farhad Hassanzadeh was born in April 1341 in Abadan.
He started writing when he was a teenager by writing stories and plays.
Hassanzadeh›s works are very diverse. He has written books for all age groups
and in different literary genres such as novels, short stories, poems, visual
stories, re-creation of ancient texts, biographies and satires, and so far more
than a hundred of his books have been published.
He Received the «Hans Christian Andersen» award in 2018 and 2020, Received
a diploma of honor for the book «Call Me Beautiful» from IBBY and placing
this book in the White Crow list of the Munich Library, Germany. Many of this
author›s books have been translated into English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian,
Chinese, Swedish, Korean, Malay, Istanbul Turkish, Armenian, Azerbaijani
Turkish, and Kurdish, and some are being translated.
About the Illustrator:Sara Miari was born in the beautiful city of Tenkaben. After
finishing high school,s he entered Tehran University of Art and continued her
studies until master›s degree in illustration.She started illustrating professionally
in 2015 with the book «No Storm Changes Its Way» and has illustrated several
books until today.
