Author Biography

KEVIN PRICE spent his formative years on a farm in the Western Australian wheatbelt. He holds a PhD in Creative Writing from Murdoch University, and describes himself as a writer, teacher, and student of story. Beginning in the late 1980s, he wrote professionally as a magazine columnist and advertising copywriter, and taught creative writing for many years and high school English for a while. Kumakana is his first novel.
