Author Biography
Poète, romancier, nouvelliste et essayiste, Hugues Corriveau est critique de poésie au journal Le Devoir depuis 2006. Il a été critique de poésie et de roman à la revue Lettres québécoises de 1990 à 2011. Il a fait paraître, depuis 1978, plus de trente-huit titres. Six fois proposé pour le Prix du gouverneur général, il a reçu de nombreux prix littéraires dont, à trois reprises, le Grand Prix du livre de la Ville de Sherbrooke et, à deux reprises, le prix Alfred-Desrochers.

Hugues Corriveau is a canadian poet, novelist, writer, essayist, and poetry critic for Le Devoir since 2006. He was a poetry and novel critic for the magazine Lettres québécoises from 1990 to 2011. Since 1978, he has published over thirty-eight titles. He has been nominated six times for the Governor General's Award and has received numerous literary awards, including the Grand Prix du livre de la Ville de Sherbrooke three times and the Alfred-Desrochers Award twice.
