Author Biography
Fernando Hernández Avilés is a psychologist graduated from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), with a specialty in Strategic Human Resources Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and in Creative Thinking Skills from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
He serves as President of the Mexican Association of Resilience and Director of Genera Cambios (human development bureau). He is also co-founder of the Latin American Network for Research and Training in Resilience, advisory member of the Mexican Council of Psychology, consultant and speaker of Make it Lead (business leadership bureau), speaker of Speakers Mexico and of Museum of Memory and Tolerance. In 2018 he was the President of the International Summit of Resilient Cities.
In Basta de fracasos, his first book, he invites us to use failure as a learning experience and to turn it into the necessary tools to achieve success.
