Author Biography

Francesca Bierens is a speech and language therapist with over 30 years experience working with children with speech and language delays or disorders, in the education, health, and private sectors. She has worked in the area of early intervention, with school aged children and with young adults.


Francesca lives and works in New Zealand and has also worked in a school for children with cerebral palsy, in Penang, Malaysia and for a school district in B.C. Canada.
Francesca has been a lecturer to speech-language therapy students, at Massey University, Albany, New Zealand.
