Author Biography

Guo Zhikun, a famous publisher, a historian, the first Shanghai Publisher Gold Award, the winner of the National Top 100 Publishing Workers, and a librarian of the Shanghai Literature and History Research Institute, he once planned the “Chinese History of Dynasties Series”, edited “Detailed Chinese History Series”, and wrote The Biography of Qin Shihuang, The Biography of Emperor Yang of Sui, Critical Biography of Xunzi, The Prophet of the Propaganda of the Pre-Qin philosophers, The Ten Thousand Years of China (with Chen Xueliang). He has long been committed to the study of ancient Chinese history and the popularization of history. Chen Xueliang, a historian, an associate Senior Editor, is committed to the writing of popular historical works and the popularization of history. He is the author of The Mystery of Ancient Chinese Civilization, Chinese Traditional Virtue, The Ten Thousand Years of China (with Guo Zhikun), Personality Theory of Sima Qian, Detailed Chinese History Series: the Spring and Autumn History and so on.
