Author Biography
Annette Mierswa, born 1969 in Mannheim, worked for Film,
theatre and newspaper, now works as a freelance writer. She lives with with her husband in Hamburg and has two grown-up sons. Since has been writing books for children and young people since 2008. Annette Mierswa received several prizes for her novels and a scholarship from the German Literature Fund. Her works have been translated into many languages. She has trained in poetry and bibliotherapy as well as psychological counsellor and offers readings and writing workshops.
Her greatest wish is to is to touch the souls of children and to pass on what has become what has become important to her in life.
