Alf is great at finding things and the whole family adores him. One day, Alf gets a very important mission – to find a little boy! The girl Sophie comes to the cat-detective begging to help her to find her younger brother. They are looking for the little boy everywhere: sand-pit, playhouse and even near the road! But the little boy just vanished into the air! Luckily, Alf knows someone that can give him a hint of where the boy can be. And what good news! Alf and Sophie in the end find the boy safe and sound! Truly Alf proved once again that he is the best cat-detective ever!

Author Biography

Yulita Ran is a Kharkiv playwright, author of many plays, theater scripts, books for children and adults, curator of international projects. In addition, she is also an excellent translator and editor. Since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, she has been engaged in volunteer activities.


 


Maria Rudyk is a talented young Ukrainian artist. She has already illustrated several children's books, in particular for the "Tailed Stories" series of the Ranok publishing house. Her illustrations are kind, atmospheric and warm and complement the stories they depict beautifully.
