Author Biography
Bing Bo, pen name of Zhao Bingbo, is from Hang Zhou. He is a national first-class writer in China. His main works include The Bark Hut under the Window, The Death of Poisonous Spider, The Mystery of Odd Eggs, Wolf Bat and so on. Many of his works were chosen as recommended reading materials, and were included in language textbooks for preschools and primary schools in China. He has won over 50 children's awards.
Cristiana Cerretti graduated in 1997 from Rome's European Design Institute. She has illustrated more than forty children's books, some of which have been recommended by the International Youth Library in Munich, receiving a special mention for the originality of the illustrations. She has also illustrated many children's theatre posters. Cristiana currently teaches illustration at the Academy of Art and New Technology in Rome.
