Umstandslos fand man sich angeschlossen an Maiers Welt aus Wetterau, Familie, Fußball, Apfelwein, aus Thomas Bernhard und dem Evangelium nach Matthäus, aus Ängsten, Kneipenfreuden und -nöten, eingepackt in absurde Vorkommnisse und komische Erlebnisse.
