View Rights PortalCollections XVI contains new documentary evidence concerning Luminalia, the anonymous Shrovetide masque of 1638, and theatrical references in the Bridewell Hospital Court of Governors' Minute Books. The volume also includes editions of fragments from an early seventeenth-century adaptation of Plautus' Captivi, held in the archives of New College, Oxford, and the part of Amarath from Harvard University manuscript Thr.10.1. The volume is edited by Eugene Giddens, with contributions from Nadine N. W. Akkerman, William Poole, Abigail Rokison, and Duncan Salkeld. It is part of the Malone Society's ongoing Collections series, which gathers together documents relating to the drama of the period. ;

Abigail Turner is a young girl from Lantana in Florida USA. On a journey home from school Abigail helps to save the life of her school bus driver. The bus driver give Abigail a Tourmaline gemstone as a reward. The Tourmaline stone has magical powers and leads Abigal to the magical world of Turmali. The seven lands of Turmali are connected by Rainbow bridges that are powered by Tourmalines. Sadly Turmali has been invaded by aliens, who hate light and especially the brightness of Tourmaline stones, the aliens have set about finding and hiding away the Tourmalines which has meant the Rainbow Brisges have disappeared. Abigail becomes determined to help the people of this magial world in their efforts to repel the laien invaders.
