The Most Beautiful Child
by William Papas
Description
A witty contemporary fable by celebrated Kate Greenaway commended author William Papas. Illustrated in glorious colours, the diverse birds of the forest include one not so colourful bird - Mrs Owl. When proud Mr Peacock asks Mrs Owl for a favour - to take his son's lunch pack to school - Mrs Owl kindly agrees. But how will she know which child is his? 'Just look for the most beautiful child there', comes the reply. Can such pride be taught a lesson? When Mrs Own cannot find a child more beautiful than her own, Mr Peacock is given food for thought!
With Papa's joyful exhuberance on every page, children will love this timeless fable of familial love.
