When Frank Norman Stein's classmates notice that he is Frank N. Stein, in the register, they insist that he build a monster. So the boys build a monster out of rubbish but when a flash of lightening hits the monster he actually comes alive. However, as the monster is only interested in eating rubbish, he turns out to be both nice and useful.
