Overview
A long-time English teacher, mother, cook and writer, I have dedicated the last decade to exploring my Slovak food heritage, and making it available to world audiences in printed form and online.
At the beginning there was a dream of having my ideas materialized in a book. Then came my first attempts at food photography, which soon turned into a passion and found an outlet in a blog.
With the help of my friends and family, I managed to save enough money to publish the first book in 2016, and another one three years later. I have just published the third volume of A Taste of Slovakia series, which covers the winter season in a Slovak kitchen.
