Grua is an independent Brazilian publisher founded in 2008. We publish high quality fiction and nonfiction, both Brazilian and foreign. Great authors such as Nikos Kazantzákis, Kenneth Cook, Khushwant Singh, Julie Otsuka, Tom Malmquist, Kamila Shamsie, among others, are in our catalogue. Some of our Brazilian writers in catalogue, such as Carlos Eduardo de Magalhães, Tailor Diniz and Maria Carolina Maia, have already been translated and published in other countries.
