Edizioni E/O and Europa Editions are two independent publishers of quality fiction. The companies were founded respectively in 1979 and 2005 by Sandro Ferri and Sandra Ozzola Ferri. The idea behind Edizioni E/O and Europa is one of cultural exchange rooted in bringing high quality translated fiction into Italian bookshops, but also bringing the best Italian contemporary literature can offer to the American and British market - and the world in general. Our catalog is eclectic, reflecting the founders’ belief that dialogue between nations and cultures is of vital importance and that this exchange is facilitated by literature chosen not only for its ability to entertain and fascinate but also to inform and enlighten. Ediciones Sígueme
Ediciones Sígueme, Spain’s Nacional Award for Best Publishing House in 2005, is a publishing house of Christian inspiration whose goal is the creation of a more fully human, brotherly, and universal culture, open to transcendent values. 1948 can be considered as the official founding date of the publishing house, when it was inscribed under the trademark «Sígueme». It was at the end of the sixties when the present project of the publishing house began its true development. The defining event in this process was the Second Vatican Council. The renewal espoused by the Council led to the creation of different series (Library of Biblical Studies, Truth and Image, Hermeneia…) which are still published nowadays. It also gave origin to the spirit of openness and plurality in the study of the religious phenomenon, one of the characteristic features of the publishing house. From its inception to the present year Ediciones Sígueme has published more than 2000 titles. They are a valuable service to the Church, our society and the Spanish culture.

We are an independent publisher, founded at the beginning of 2009 in the city of Montevideo, the southernmost capital of America. Throughout the years, we have been publishing fictional and non-fictional narratives, children’s books, political essays as well as photography books, under the collections named: Us (Nosotros), Stone like You (Piedra como tú), Walter’s Library (Biblioteca de Walter) and About Narratives (De Narrativa). Our titles are issued in printed and digital versions, which can be found at digital stores such as Amazon and Bajalibros, among digital libraries and the main bookstores in Uruguay, Argentina and Chile. In addition, some of our books were translated into Italian and Portuguese. In the last few years, we have applied new technologies to develop products for the publishing sector. We created the webBook Digital Educational Contents (Contenidos educativos digitales) and the appbook Professions’ Factory (Fábrica de oficios), among other projects that are currently underway in this area. All our production is self-managed and strongly independent. The books we make are carefully thought through. In every release, the aesthetic care put in the edition, its narrative, illustrations, and photographs, seek to create an attractive object, aimed to inspire the desire to be included in every library.
