Des Poissons plein la Mer est certainement un régale pour les amoureux de poissons et fruits de mer, mais aussi un guide de ressources inestimables pour les cuisiniers amateurs ou professionnels. Ce livre comprend plus de 120 espèces différentes, toutes illustrées en détail.
