The graphic novel "Crime and Punishment"

        by Alexandr Poltorak/ Dimitri Chuhrai

The graphic novel “Crime and Punishment” is one of the largest graphic novels in color in the world and the closest adaptation to the original novel. Fyodor Dostoevsky’s novel “Crime and Punishment” was created using a technology that has already become traditional, which combines ink and water-color in one image: ink is graphic, and water-color is volume and halftones. Along with the graphic novel, a video-book has been created. Video book is the full-motion comics based on graphic novel adaptation of classic literature and is a new media format of a literary and artistic work, made in the form of a film and reproduced from any video medium.
