Ayurveda in my Plate

According to ayurvedic believes, food is central to a healthy life. Ayurvedic cooking is healthy, simple, nutritional, mainly veggie, rich in flavours and in colours. A real pleasure for the eyes and for the mouth! Cécile applies to her recipes the principles of Ayurveda: proposing pleasant meals respecting the balance of the 5 elements and 6 tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent (spicy), bitter, astringent.
