The Right to be Forgotten

The ability to make good on that threat of tarnishing, potentially forever, a person’s image - is as easy as creating a Facebook page or blog. And the damage caused can be severe, affecting relationships, employment, academic success and any number of other opportunities. The general thesis of Ctrl + Z is that the digital right to be forgotten, construed differently by various cultures and legal systems, is desireable and globally viable.
