Author Biography
Axel Honneth, geboren 1949, ist Jack C. Weinstein Professor of the Humanities an der Columbia University in New York. 2015 wurde er mit dem Ernst-Bloch-Preis, 2016 für Die Idee des Sozialismus mit dem Bruno-Kreisky-Preis für das politische Buch ausgezeichnet. 2021 hielt er in Berlin seine vielbeachteten Benjamin-Lectures zum Thema des Buches Der arbeitende Souverän.
