Description
Willie goes to live with Uncle Bill while his parents head to the Antarctic. Willie learns many useful lessons on Bill's high country farm in the South Island of New Zealand-how to ride horses and round up sheep and sometimes go for a spin in a helicopter.His Aunties think he's become a little bit wild but his parents -on their return-think Uncle Bill has taught Willie well 'of things learnt in the wild." This story is based on true events in the life of the author's grandson Will. Uncle Bill , in the second in the series awaiting publication, sets off to buy a yacht and sail the world [ also based on true events- and Willie and family look after the farm. Written in rhyme for easy reading at a pre school level.

Author Biography
P.G.Rob is an author,illustrator and publisher who has worked on over 30 Titles since 1997. She has a special love for children's books and Wild Boy Willie has a special place as it was written around the childhood of her grandson Will.She particulary enjoys illustrating her'backyard'-the South Island high country of New Zealand. Uncle Bill did buy a yacht and had many advetures getting back to Aotearoa-and his farm.
